For best results, we urge you to take a little extra time providing us with your measurements. We have instructional videos that will help you to maximise accuracy of your measurements. Please be aware that we add some allowance for shrinkage.

Yes you can, provided you create an account to save the design or measurement profile. When logging in again you simply select the saved profile from your account and continue where you left off.
Start by sending us an e-mail as quickly as possible to: email@example.com. The e-mail should contain:
- Your Order Number
- Details of the changes you wish to make
If your order is already in production, we cannot make changes. However, we promise to help you where where it is reasonably possible.
Yes you can, in “My Account” you can fill in a different delivery address.
We are in the business of making tailor made shirts specific to your order. As such we cannot accept returns where you change your mind about the order due to changes in mind about style, fabric choice etc.
However, if your product has a production fault, or if it is damaged in transit we will ensure that you receive a replacement. In this instance, please contact us by sending an e-mail with a brief description of your case and a phone number where we can reach you. We will contact you as soon as possible.
