Our commitment to excellence in production of your shirt runs through all areas of our business, and we believe that you as a consumer should expect that when our product reaches you, everything should be in perfect order.

We therefore encourage you to make contact with us if for any reason the purchased item is not as it should be e.g. if there is a production error or if your item has been damaged while in transit.

Measurements / Sizing: Only a measurement deviation beyond narrow tolerances constitutes a production error.

We must inform you that when purchasing a made-to-measure shirt produced specifically for you, and to your provided specifications, you are not able to refuse or exit your agreement/purchase with us.

In summary, you can return your product due to production errors or transit damages, but you cannot return your product to us if you are unhappy with your own personalization such as measurements, contrast, colors, collar, cuff, and placket selection etc.

In the event you proceed with a return, the process is simple. With the package you received there will be a return form with a barcode. Put the shirt back into the original shipping package, or in a similar package, then attach the return form and deliver to your local post office.
